The Mardi Gras Foundation is a Gay / Straight Alliance (GSA) focused on promoting inclusion, equality and diversity across the community. The people working with the Foundation have extensive experience within the LGBT community delivering training and support services. We provide inclusive groups, befriending schemes and counselling as well as promoting LGBT equality and awareness.

We also offer training to schools, colleges and businesses on subjects such as: Basic Terminology, Equality and Diversity, Hate Crime and Homophobic Language. We can also tailor educational packages to meet the needs of our customers and audience.

Across the year the Foundation runs a number of events that highlight the issues faced by the LGBT community and promote LGBT awareness - as well as having fun!
